Project: Custom Gazebo & Spa

The Project: This backyard transformation focused on creating a dedicated, year-round outdoor living space. We constructed a custom-framed gazebo designed to perfectly house a residential spa, providing both privacy and protection from the elements.

Our Approach: Attention to detail was key for this build. The project featured robust structural framing, custom woodwork, and a durable roofing system built to withstand harsh weather. We also ensured the structure seamlessly integrated with the property's existing aesthetics. The addition of overhead ambient lighting creates a warm, inviting atmosphere for evening relaxation.

The Project: A core component of any lasting residential build is a completely weather-tight building envelope. For this residential project, Caven Construction was tasked with executing the exterior sheathing, weatherproofing, and precision window installation.

Our Approach: We utilized high-quality oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing alongside a premium moisture barrier house wrap to ensure superior energy efficiency and protection against the elements. The installation of the modern, black-framed windows required exacting measurements, leveling, and sealing to guarantee long-term performance and prevent future moisture intrusion.

The Result: A structurally sound, thoroughly weatherproofed exterior shell, ready for its final siding and built to the highest structural standards.
